if i get u right, ur talking about computerkeyboard->midi conversion? what issue?
tracktionkeys looks nice. i prefer a vst solution called mkey by adbe: http://www.gersic.com/plugins/index.php?daPlug=2036
alternative vsts: trollo, insert piz here
the usine keyboard module outputs a double pulse when you hold a key down - one pulse for the initial press, then another when it holds, which creates double trigger to a create midi module per single press. i couldn't work out a way around this behaviour that didn't also mean i couldn't trigger the same note twice in a row so i made something in plogue instead as i needed something straight away. if the keyboard module gets changed i have no doubt i'll ditch plogue though...

i've seen mkey before but i couldn't get it to do anything on my machine. i think there's some security stuff that stops a lot of the keyhook stuff, at least i'm guessing why tracktionkeys stopped working... trollo and insert piz don't work either :(

i was using tracktionkeys but it wouldn't play well with my new laptop so i built something in plogue that does the trick (usine had an issue i couldn't get around unfortunately)

The LPK25 contains an arpeggiator, which steps through chords automatically
very interesting! i'm glad i held off on getting the korg ones - they did feel pretty poorly made - and these seem to have more functionailty with the backlit pads and a built in arp - noice! :)

they've got a pretty large product line, and that's the only thing they didn't seem to have any unique ideas for.

except making it in colors.....

well, that's the way competition works these days, I guess. Budweiser or Coors?? doesn't make much difference.....

But where did you see this?? I couldn't find any reference to it on google at all!
