I wondered why the patch was so big (>6MB) so started checking, and it appeared that the two array modules (well - maybe just one of them) are the culprits. Delete them add new ones, and the patch is down to 39KB, Why this has happened, I haven't got the faintest idea. I didn't seem to influence the performance in any way. Strange...
