It's really simple. I use only a few midi create and event control modules:
When (mouse down), a midi note on is created. Then moving the finger just control pitch bend. And releasing the mouse, a midi note off is created reset the pitch bend.

I'm controlling a patch from my nord modular G2....

The visual keys are just a data step bitmap out linked to the bitmap in of a draw module.

Only bi-points but it's really fun.

So, with a really simple patch, i just try to emulate a kind of theremin:

By adding a gain parameter controllable with the other hand, it might be possible to achieve something really fun to play
