I suppose that's not a really hard task, but I must admit I did not find a good solution for this. it could bevey useful for analog input of all the capture devices, as they just able to send a continous signal like cc.
If someone is interested, I have first in mind this sort or patch for usine beatfader
with the possibility to choose the limit between the cc value for each note, with note off send each time you pass a control point, or with a fixed length value . as you see, I'm very far from this actually
