But most of them are outstanding and extraordinary in concept. I'm particularly fond of the physical modeling ones. The animal series... Fauna is outstanding for example. The percussion stuff is great too ( Surface,...).
I just tried and bought jbridge. It seems to work very well with HH4/64bit so far. I tried it with LondonClockT and a xoxos plugin without problem so far.

If someone ported the xoxos plugins into x64 vst I would certainly be interested ! Meanwhile, using two synchronized computers is not an option for me for various reasons.
From what I heard from him, he'd rather build new plugins from scratch instead of making old ones 64-bit compatible. Most of those old plugins seem to rely on user modules that he didn't make, so replacing all that would barely make sense. Also some plugins do have problems because of that (user modules being not perfect).
For now only option is 3rd-party bridge apps and VST wrappers, like JBridge.
I for one planned on just making my own sequencers inspired by xoxos plugins, but for now I'm missing some pieces like proper Data counter (that is supposed to arrive with HH4) and also that UI patching in HH4 will be super helpful, so I'm waiting for that and making some stuff in Bitwig in the mean time.

Usine could be great for setting up such a dedicated "hardware synth" machine. Perhaps adding a touchscreen could even be better than the KVM switch. Usine should be fully controllable via that and allow to build customized control surfaces for the entire 32-bit synth fleet.

Without internet connection, just as an instrument. And use it side by side with your new computer, perhaps with a KVM switch for monitor and mouse+keyboard. Might be an option.

I'm still using vst 32 too with HH3. There is some great old vst, and I never use the advantage of x64 for usine. It make sense for me with kontakt for exemple with a DAW for composing. But I'm using usine for live so projects are lighter. A native bridger like reaper is in my opinion the perfect solution.
It would be great if Usine HH4 could do that !

I understand that the upcoming HH4 may not be produced in a 32 bit version. - OK, we have to move on sometimes. But I am just curious - who is still using 32 bit VSTs ?
I know there is bridging software, but it is really wasting CPU cycles.
I still use Proteus VX and that is 32 bit only - I do have Emulator X3 in 64-bit which loads the same banks, but that is out of support and the online licensing server may be shut down any time (its still working currently - activated at https://swact.creative.com )
Simon.
yeah i am using still some 32bit VSTs which have not been ported to 64 sadly. So i use jBridge
