due to the main Processing thread not running I suppose.
Previous to HH5 it was impossible to enable the Green Arrow if the audio interface was not available, and if the Green Arrow
was enabled, patches would work correctly.
In HH5 if I have an unavailable audio interface in Settings and press the Arrow it changes from red to green so I think everything
is working correctly but patches do not work properly even though the arrow is green. This is very confusing.
Might be a bug I suppose.
But this part of Usine has always seemed a bit strange. Surely if the selected audio interface is not available, it should behave as if
No Audio was selected and calculated patches anyway.
Either way, it should not be possible to have a Green Arrow when the processing thread is not running and patches are not being
calculated.
