User's manual updated and a new patching feature

A quick news to announce that the user's manual has been updated to v2.0b

In the next version coming (075) a new useful feature will help you to create multiple connections automatically.
As explained on this wiki page and in the manual, holding the SHIFT+CTRL key when creating inlets/outlets will automatically create all the wires or audio inputs/outputs :
