Sorry to post here but I've emailed support twice (on 27/6 and again yesterday) with no response...
Anyway, I purchased a Pro upgrade last october, which I believe included Hollycock once it was done if I recall correctly... I'm back to making music after being away for a while so I just tried to download Hollycock but I can't (it says I should be a platinum member which apparently I'm not). Could you please clarify this for me? I think I should have access to Hollycock but I'm not really sure as it's been a while... thanks so much in advance.
