Hello,
I'm collecting info for a project which consist of making turning a big block of speakers (16) packed in a pyramyd shape . I have a special engine designed for that and it's working with a motor speed controller . It can turn 60 turn per minute and the weight of the pyramid is around 150 Kg .
My wish now is to be able to have a system via Hollyhock able to control the speed of rotation according to the frequency range of the incoming signal . The lowest the frequency of the incoming signal is, the slowest the pyramid is turning and the highest incoming signal is the fastest the pyramid will rotate (max 60 turn per minute ) .
Any ideas about how to deal with that ?
Thanks in advance guys !

sorry to answer so lately.
You have to know what kind of motor it is (step by step, DC, PWD, etc)
Then try to find an external device to convert informations from Usine (MIDI, OSC) into the proper signal for the motor.
In France we have a site dedicated to this kind of stuffs : https://interface-z.fr/pronfiture/fr/15-action
I'm sure you can find such cards.
