New add-on MIDI Clock Out

Hello Usiners, if anyone's interested, I've uploaded a simple patch that sends MIDI Start, Stop and Clock messages, triggered by the synchro module.

Did you try to update your midi clock patches with the new precision timer Module?

Sorry Olivier, the time I have for Usine-stuff at the moment , I'm using on creating the Punch In Loops V2 documentation.

I do have an updated Midi Clock package in the back of my head; Clock In and Clock Out, possibly with extra versions with Song Position Pointers.
