Punch In Pack

I have uploaded a zip-file containing three similar standalone patches (sampler, grain sampler, MIDI), where I've expanded on the idea behind the Punch In Loops workspace.

The basic idea is to start recording anywhere in a bar for X number of bars, and the patch will take care of trigging the play button at the same bar position.

Unlike the present version of the workspace, these patches will handle tempo changes after recording, and it is possible to save and retrieve the recordings using the preset manager. I thought of automating the saving process to some extent but decided not to; sometimes a few extra mouse clicks is better than some less than optimal program...

I also decided not to put in some of the extras found in the workspace like fadein/-out, preferring to keep these patches reatively "clean" so that they're easier to edit.

As usual, any comments, bug reports etc are welcome!
