In midi tools section.
rescale incoming midi notes to your own scale with three mode of operation : closest note/upside note/downside note.

Seems to be a great tool !
on your comment you say " quantize midi note according to activated key"
i suppose it's " rescale "..?

@Ethnix : G2 is always a source of inspiration ! However, my note scaler is a bit different . Just the "closest" mode is the same !
@ Nay : Sorry for confusion ! It rescale notes of course ! The G2 module name is "key quantizer". Not really the same terminology as in Usine...
