Caption in the mixer

It should be nice to have the possibility to show or not the caption of each Rack in the Mixer Window.

There is the name of the racks on the top of each Chanel. Sometimes it is not necessary to show them again on the meters! So the mixer could be more light and readable.

it would also be great to be able to edit how rack controls appear via patch that is saved as template. for instance you could replace fader with touch_fader, add or exclude some options, etc.
