I trigger sounds and rather long midi sequences that I would like to activate via the Grid. These sequences would be within a large section of the grid, or, across several sections (because the grid triggers other things as well).
I can't figure out how to :
-Position very precisely the triggering of a sound or a patch on the grid, when it is not on the beginning of a section (for example, 14 seconds 234 ms from the beginning of a section). Is it possible to enter this value numerically somewhere?
- In rehearsal, is it possible to play from anywhere in the timeline, and that the sound of the sampler and pianoroll are synchronized at the right place - not playing from the beginning of the sequence...
For the sampler, it seems possible to use a sound dragged directly onto the grid -
but for the midi sequence I don't see any options like that!

The ultimate solution for me would be a system of sub-sections within which I could build complex sequences.
These sub-sections could be imported into the main grid and stretched over as many sections so that I could continue to perform actions without the sub-section

Given that the factory includes 2 autonomous workspaces and that they can nevertheless communicate with each other by bus ,
I create my secondary sequence in the workspace 2 grid (which allows me to be very precise about the actions). If I need even more precise triggers, I create sections that follow on from each other (for your example at 14sec 232 ms for example). In my main workspace, I create secondary section links with busses.
For example, my section 18 (wkp 1) will execute the restitution of a light state a and order wkp 2 to read sections 3/4/5 (which are linked together). After that it doesn't matter if I move on to the next section (19 wkp1) the wkp 2 will follow its course.
Overall it works. The two drawbacks are :
Only one sub-sequence is possible at a time and you don't have a global vision except to navigate between the two wkp. It can also be tedious and confusing to have to open both wkp each time.
