Pop up in IB mode

Hi, I have several pop up windows in IB mode. There is problem with bottom scroll bar - it does not work. Scroll bar watch only tracks and lines, but what if some of pop up windows are out of one monitor screen?
I think it would be handily to move tracks, lines and pop up windows like modules in patch - click on empty space moves all windows together.

Not easy to implement because the popup is a classic "screen centered" window. So Usine can't set its position, only Windows does...
