Impossible to have a 0 bpm. It's possible to set it at 0 but the real bpm seems to go at 120.
Normal or not?

i think real limit is 30 ...when you double click and enter other value lower ...don't work...

yes but if you put a fader before it, it's possible to have lower values. But 0 is impossible
