Hello
It should be nice to have a bug management site as many communities. Usine becomes a profesionnal application and E-mails/forums are not the best to manage bugs.
For example, how I known if a bug or suggestion is already submitted or what is his state.
A list of issue-tracking systems:

Doku Wiki site is using the flyspray.org tracking system:

Thanks for the headline, I appreciate your implication.
I know that I have many things to learn about bug reporting.
But the actual solution is good for me:
- I receive mails with screen shots, and logfiles.
- I can order bugs by types, as convenience, archive as I want
- I can discuss about circumstances,
- exchange files until the bug is solved.
Also 90% of bug reports I receive are not bug but more patching questions and problems like
'I press play on the sampler and it doesn't work: normal the sampler is not in play-button mode'
But I know that as Usine is growing, I'll need a more efficient procedure!

It's ok, I understand.
Thank you for you reply and your time.

The only thing that bothers me about the current system is what if the bug has already been reported and I take the time to isolate it and recreate and report the bug. That becomes a waste of my personal time if the bug is already reported. I would rather simply confirm that I too have had the same issue.
Normally I don't think this is a real problem.

I understand your point of view, but don't forget that Usine is not so buggy?
- in beta phase I receive around 1 report/day
- in normal phase around 1/week.
Actually I can live with the actual situation.

@ gurulogic
Taking time to report if it's a bug is usually quite fast...
Often senso ask you for a patch, screenshot if he is not able to recreate the bug. If he has been already reported, he will tell you.
To my opinion, the actual system is a good solution because:
1)it takes 5 minuse to write and send a mail
2) you have to see if it's not a bad structure or setting of your patch
Perhaps your question is more about some kind of "hotline"...
Althought i believe that a bug tracking system could be usefull, it's also some more work for mr senso, unless the community take care f it.
P.S: it's impossible to waste or save time

I don't mind the current system, it's ok. Sometimes though it is a lot of effort to isolate a problem in a massive patch so I wouldn't bother if I knew the issue were already known but I really don't mind because I like being able to help make Usine even better

Usually a bug report takes 5 minutes at most and is fixed within 12 hrs
