So i am getting to use IB little bit more - to have visible just some elements of workspace.

the thing is sometimes i am heavy using racks as send FX, which works pretty nice if you are in rack view.
But when you are in IB there is no posibility to see the settings of rack.
Yes you can use mixer, but mixer does not show send fx path it shows just basic output of rack (volume/mute/solo/rackt active) (tracktion, now waveform somehow managed to show their moduler mixer in a good view in standard "mixer" they added in Waveform)

how i am solving this now
i cerate "helper rack" where i have knobs faders and switches sending to data buses and then binding those things to actual controls
which is pretty annoing - there is no module to programatically acces those send patch of rack output - you have just actual main out in the rack module
and even when i set min/max values of those knobs to -80/12 their actual value does not corresponds to value of element which they are controlling thru binds, which for i found solution, you have to go to that controlled element and must set the curve to exp/log with coefficient 0.35 and then it works almost correctly (it just can't go to that 12dB value of controlled element)

So i am thinking to add option for rack output to be shown on IB as well so you will see it in a same way you are seing it in "rack view" of the workspace, or just show that additional send fx paths in mixer window as well

Not sure to understand what you are looking for.
In HH3, when I select a rack, a can clic on "also visible in IB", and in IB mode, my rack looks exactly as it looks in rack mode, with the input, the output, the send.....

when you don't want the whole rack in IB, just input or output of the rack.

You can go to Usine Panels -> Small Mixer.
Place this in a rack and then Show in IB.
I believe you might be able to modify to show which ones, or mask the others you dont want.
I did this several times during development...cool to have the mixer in the IB...or I just normally use the floating Mixer
and dump the racks I want in it.

I would like to be able to modify the contents more. You can hide stuff like other faders, or re-color, resize within the container...but cannot hide individual faders to display the one you just want to see.....still there is quick access to your mixer in IB.

You could also just set the output to all the same and ignore in the racks....then create a Final patch that basically duplicates everything. Solo I am not sure...but you could do the Fader, the meter, etc..then show this in the IB as the Output.

If you just want individual Racks to show the final stage in IB. Just make your own output stage patch, then hide the output in the rack and ignore.

How can i programatically access in IB/mixer section marked with red square?

To do something like that (not exactely that you want) i built my own Input and Output patches. I ad the Input Patch first in all my rack and the last one is the Output Patch.



I build a device with all the input that i need. I put it in the In section of the Rack.



It should seems complex, but you buit it just one time and ad it in all your new workspace.
