Video Out - Specify available displays and open/move video out device

Hello!

So I am using my touchscreen, and I am working with multiple displays and video.
Well since I am using a touch screen I cannot push the video to the other display without attaching another mouse and
moving it each time.

Would it be possible at the Video-Out Device level to specify which display to use, and Full-Screen or not?
It would seem this would be a good place, then multiple video out devices could be made specifying different
monitors or configurations. Also here this could save the video placement/configuration for the projects/devices.
