Hi Folks,
Since only legacy midi peripherals are available in uSine midi devices parameters, I wonder if something is on the roadmap to allow the use of BLEmidi peripherals inside of the application. (something like, serial or HID module ?)
May be I'm missing something and it is already done and possible, using HID module, but I didn't pass the device recognition/

It's outside of the scope of Usine to develop bluetooth midi drivers.
But in any case we'll implement MIDI2 specification which will be out next year.

Hi! I just downloaded the Demo, and am very impressed so far. One thing I would like to see is expanded Bluetooth capability. I have a pair of iLoud Bluetooth Monitors. Logic Pro allows me to select iLoud Speakers as an audio output (somehow speakers link via Core Audio) in my Audio Ouput preferences. I noticed that it’s not available in the Audio Out general settings in Hollyhock, only the MacBook Pro Speakers are. I know there’s a little latency but, it’s pretty nice to be able to work across the room (in my favorite comfortable chair) and not be tethered to my speakers, and I’ve come to dislike headphones for anything beyond detail work.
You have to take into consideration, that BT audio is compressed, so you inevitably loose quality using wireless speakers or headphones. And I don't think BT audio drivers are made to be used in DAW's

I know but, it’s more of a convenience when I’m doing things other than mixing. It works fine in Logic Pro X right now, and actually sounds pretty good!x.iso wrote:You have to take into consideration, that BT audio is compressed, so you inevitably loose quality using wireless speakers or headphones.
