Workspace Mute

Hello,
i'd like to be able to mute each of the two workspace that can be opened in the same time.
i mean the whole workspace,
because in my workflow, i usually load an empty wkp for the new project,
and load "in the background" another workspace full of sounds, racks, etc, in witch i take what i need for the new project.
i dont't know how other use kp 1 & 2,
for me it would be very usefull not to have to worry about sound coming from the other wkp, be able to mute the whole wkp.
a sort of solo near the 1/2 button,
better would be a play button near each ?
i've tried to do it with no success. maybe someone have a workaround ?(out of using rack solos, witch can become a real mess when you got a lot of racks in two wkp !)

btw, the racks loose there name in the copy/paste process from a wkp to another. would it be possible that the name follow ?

thanks & best
Hughes

We can't find the proper ergonomic solution for this suggestion. Except adding another dangerous "mute" button in the already "dense" GUI

fixed in the new major release

Hello Hughes,
Why don't you just deactivate all the racks in your second workspace ?
You can easily create a small patch with the rack settings module, in a polyphony, with a constant=0 or a switch wired on the ON inlet and poly voice number wired on num rack. All your racks will be OFF by default. It will act as a master mute for your second workspace.
If you copy a rack and paste it into your other worspace, it will be ON automatically.

Thanks Sylvain, a good way to easily manage the On/Off of more than a hundred racks !
i had never used polyphony (Usine can always remember you that you still have a lot to learn ;-)
So after a Tuto time, it works ! great !
