Midi filter improvements

I had slight issues with hadware and investigating i noticed the following things:
even tho the midi filter is set to ON-OFF-BEND prior sending to device
midi trace on wire shows module still sends AFT messages:
also could be cool to be able to have some kind of multi filter that allows for ex ON, PB, or OFF, AT, whatev, in any configurations
by this i mean like multi "sections" whith msg type, (not just ie multi CC like current multi filter behaviour).
no big deal tho, we can drop several filter modules and recombine, more a workflow/opti thing sugg
