Grid change section stop sound

Unread post by cmodica » 09 Oct 2020, 12:06

Hi.

I send a sound from a rack to an other rack with a vst plugin. So "Rack A" is send to "Rack FX"
The two racks are not in the grid and they are always on.

The VST in "Rack FX" is a long resonant fx. When i pass from a section to the next one in the grid, the VST sound in the "Rack FX" stop. It is like the VST (or Patch, or Rack) is reseted. It is the same thing if i put the Rack in the grid.

How can i solve it ?

Thank you very much.

Once the rack on the grid, try to add a fade out, this way, he will continue next section.

I need this rack always on in the performance. So it isn’t in the grid.
I try to put it in the grid from the begening to the end but it doesn’t solve the problem.

I solved the problem. I try to desactivate the synchro restart. But it didn’t work. I had to desactivate the synchro. By chance i didn’t need synchro in this section !
It is strange but i could play with the team all the afternoon without problem.
Thank you very much.

ok, good news but a bit strange,
When you'll have time , can you try to send us a simplified example of the issue to support@brainmodular.com please ?
