bi directional knob

I was hoping someday could explain . I can control VST Parameter by connecting knob to parameter on VST Panel but want to do reverse control . i want to control knob from VST . by moving knob on actual vst to control knob attached to VST .i know its possible but can't work it out

it appears that if audio engine is not on it doesn't do reverse action . thx for your reply it helped to find why it wasn't working

With the audio engine not on, lots of things don't work properly. This includes if you switched it on but the audio interface has failed to initalise etc. However you can set No Audio if you really need to.
