Sampler : choose the right audio file and play it to the right speakear(s) when receiving a trigger event

Hello,
I have dozens of audio files in a folder. I would like to use only one sampler for them to be played, knowing that each audio file has to be played to one specific speaker (or pair of speaker, or 3 of them).
The trigger may vary: sometimes an audio file has to be played after a counter, sometimes it has to be triggered manually, other times it will be played after receiving an OSC message or when a music just finishes.
I'm looking for an elegant way to patch. The "trigger event" must select the right audio file among the sampler file list, choose the right speaker(s) and play it through the sampler.
Maybe I have to use some "select" modules, "and" modules, the "file ister" and "file list manager" modules.
Or maybe do I have to use another method? I could use one sampler per file, but I fear to overload Usine (there will be around 150 samplers).
What do you think about that?
Thanks,
creal.
