Top Header rearranging

I'm putting some preset managers from different racks in the Top Header space.
The preset managers are in subpatches in the corresponding racks.

When I unlock the workspace and re-arrange the different preset managers,
they jump back to their initial position when I minimise or maximise racks...

I tried putting them in the toolbox too, but I get the same behaviour.

When I put them on the IB, it works as expected,
but due to some reason (probably hardware related) I cannot use the IB, because it ramps up the cpu times two and also introduces a lot of audio dropouts.
(Which is weird because my CPU load is under 20%).

Any suggestions on how to solve this or if someone has another workaround maybe?
