Hi,

I'm new here so I have a newby question for you.

I need to use contacts mic to trig a sampler when I hit them (Probably 2 mics so to audio input)

I know that it possible to convert this audio impulse into a midi note to play and stop a sampler.

Could you help me to find the perfect object to do that?

You can use audio analysis peak detector or beat follower and generate a midi note on with midi generator note on use trigger input), and after filter this note etc...

here is a very simple example you can also use "Analysis Audio to MIDI 2" module if you need to get midi notes by frequencies
