Maybe update it and try to remove the config file of Usine.

As a matter of fact I believe it occurs when I use my portable Motu microbook II (Motu ain't that good at updating drivers ...)

hdspf is RME related

But I agree that MOTU is not that good with PC drivers.

try desactivate the RME driver in windows system while using MOTU, could be an IRQ conflict.

I cleaned the Device in where there was some old RME midi device (wich RME isn't plug in this project) and seems to work fine.
