Callback? I can get a "1" to trigger a change, but "0" does not

As the Subject says, I get reaction for callback with a switch high, but not when it goes low.
Any Ideas?

In my code I just have and IF THIS > 0 then SET OUTPUT HIGH, and then an ELSE SET OUTPUT LOW

mm must be something elsewhere it works for me, maybe post the code sniplet of your callback
