Wiki of the global setup needs to be updated

I just noticed that the images asociated with 'midi in' and 'midi out' tabs needs to be updated according to the actual 'global setup' version:

the layout has changed and 'reset all midi devices' item is not shown neither into the images of 'midi in' nor 'midi out' tabs.
