doing pause each time a sample is re starting (in loop mode)

This problem look simple but it isn't.
I'd like when my sampler is in loop mode making a pause each time it's re starting.

what do ya mean by making a pause, it stops and wait something to restart, or it wait a few ms then start, or..?

for what i suppose ya mean, set sampler to "button" mode:

sorry i don't catch...
you want to have a sample that plays, then it pause, so you have to repress pause for it to play again ect?,
so why not just using the button mode?

because i made a patch which increment the sample each time it finish to play it (like an auto pause on cd player).
So when i'm in loop mode i'de like don't start playing again the same sample but wait at the beginning
