1 second offset between sound and video with video player

Hi. When i try to play a video file with sound (only aac codec because it dosen't work at all with no compressed format),
i hear the sound & sec before the video. and the sound dosen't start at zero but at 1 sec.
it's impossible to resolve the problem with a delay on the audio because the first second would be lost.
