I'm running a workspace and it's running steady at app. 12% CPU load.
When I switch to IB view, the CPU starts ramping up to 30%, even when there's nothing on the IB page...
Any suggestions on how to solve this?
I'm running the latest Hollyhock 5.2.230411 M1- M2 edition on a MBPro M1 Max.
Thanks in advance!
Interface Builder eats the CPU
I tried some more things, and I get the same behaviour when:
- all racks are minimised
- the patch editor is open.
- IB is visible
I guess it's a GPU thing.
Just wondering if there are any other M1 users that have the same issue?
I must say it's already a lot better then on my former MBP i9, which would start crackling as soon Usine went out of focus.
Now everything works really well, no pops and clicks whatsoever, except in the above usecases...
Cheers
